Display and Care Instructions

Placement: Display indoors or in a covered outdoor area to protect from direct sunlight and harsh weather.

Cleaning: Gently dust with a soft brush or use a hairdryer on a cool setting to remove any accumulated debris.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Use a protective covering to prevent dust and damage.

Avoid: Keep away from heat sources, open flames, and extreme temperatures to maintain the wreath's vibrant appearance.

Fluffing: Periodically reshape and fluff the foliage for a fuller, more lifelike look.

Shipping

Regular Shipping

We offer complimentary free standard shipping to the U.S. Contiguous 48 States. Small items will be shipped First Class via USPS. Larger items will be shipped either by USPS Priority or UPS Ground. We reserve the right to change the shipping method at any time. Unguaranteed transit times vary between 2-5 business days. Please use a physical address when entering your shipping address, as UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.

For US shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping 

You have the option to choose Expedited Shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping rates will vary based on location.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping and the shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 10-25 days for international delivery.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ash & Hart is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns

Standard Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for: 

-Custom/Personalized Orders
-Final Sale Items 
-Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items- If you received a damaged or defective product, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at info@ashandhart.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account. Some banks may take longer. 
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ashandhart.com and send your item to: 7978 Farm Crossing Circle Powell Ohio US 43065.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Need Help Placing Your Order?

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some orders may have a longer processing time, such as made to order items, please see specific processing times within each product’s description. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. We are excited for you to receive your order and can’t wait to package it up. If we foresee a processing delay, we will notify you via email asap.

Are your wreaths real or artificial?

Our wreaths are mostly artificial but we also include dried/preserved materials in some of our designs.

Can your wreaths be used outdoors?

Most of our wreaths are suitable for outdoors. If a wreath is not suitable for outdoors it will be noted on the individual product page. If using outdoors, we do advise displaying the wreath in a covered area to extend the life of your wreath.

What size wreath should I order?

Standard exterior doors are 36” and a 24” wreath is appropriate for that size door leaving about 6” on either side of wreath to allow for the door to open.

What is the best way to hang my wreath?

We suggest using a metal over the door wreath hanger. We have several size available. You browse them here -  

How do I clean my wreath?

You can use a silk floral cleaner. You can add it to your order here -

Or pick it up at your local craft store.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within 2 days of placing your order. We can not cancel an order once it has shipped.
